 Voltage stabilizers, Thinking about investing |

I've been reading up on them and voltage stabilizers slightly increase hp and torque, smooth out idle speed, among other things and they seem to work.
I'm looking at 2 brands: Sun Auto and Buddy Club. From the tests, Sun Auto has the highest hp/torque increase (like 1.5... lol), But you don't really see very much through the powerband. However with the Buddy Club, it showed an increase in power, although not as much as the Sun Auto, but it actually increased lower end hp and torque by a very decent amount. I'm almost certain that they're universal, but I may be wrong. I was wondering if any of you knowledgable guys would have any opinions or answers.
