So I ordered a blue with white indicators climate control unit from pittfirefighter and a Roscolux light gel swatch book to make everything match. Here is a side by side comparison of a blue led from superbrightleds.com and the "blue" 194 bulb that you get at Autozone or a similar store. In case you can't tell the led's are in the left and center and the bulb on the right.
No comparison!!! The"blue" bulb looks green, and the led is so bright you can see it during the day, but not so bright it blinds you at night. I would suggest these if you want a new look without installing aftermarket gauges!!! So here it is, I think the color I chose is still to dark, I think I'm gonna go one brighter...
