this will be the thread that il post the progress of my 96' celica as it comes along.
here is some pics of the car as it was in march-2010 when i got the car, the dash lights were burnt out, soo i fixed it. then i went to cleaning the inside. (previous owner left it horrific..) while i was doing that, i decided to de-badge the rear right after i took them off (un-cleaned) and after i cleaned it up i think this would be a nice spot for the now "homeless" badges (please excuse the dirty carpet in the trunk, when i vacuumed, it wasn't in the car) This post has been edited by Zake: May 16, 2012 - 10:02 PM -------------------- |

come to think of it, i think i used bug and tar remover. but it still took a long time and i ended up getting blisters, but it was worth it. iv never used goo gone on paint before, i wouldn't think it was do harm. but I'm not sure. Holy sh!t, blisters?! How long were you working?! And I just went to walmart and tugged on the Toyota one with my hand and it popped right off haha. ha ha, it doesn't take long to get blisters when your pressing as hard as i was, and scrubbing. what did you use to plug the holes in the hatch? thanks also where did you get them? lovin the progress, keep it up! i used silicon gel, and cut little circles out of a piece of plastic, painted them black, then stuck them on the silicon. it seems to work nicely. atleast till i can plug them permanently. -------------------- |
