I was wondering..

How could I stop the DRL from lighting? I think it kills the look when they're on and pretty useless.
Exept from letting the hand brake up of one notch, is there any other solution like cutting a wire or what ever? Thanks!

You could switch your DRL from high beams to low beams pretty easily as well. There would be 2 options that I would know how to do...

1) I don't know how the DRL circuit is done on Celicas, but here is what you could do... Delete the DRLs and wire the low beams to turn on when you turn your key to the on position. Costs very little, but you're stuck with DRLs that are as bright as the real low beams (which I don't think looks too good).

2) Buy some JDM headlights (either projectors or regular ones) and you have a nice socket for a 194 bulb in the low beam. Just put a LED 194 bulb in that socket and you have very nice looking DRLs (even a regular 194 bulb works and looks better than DRLs in high beams, but LED bulbs looks very nice).

Oh, I didn't know about number 2! Thanks a lot! I was actually planning to buy Jdm low beams projectors and clear high beams. So I sure will do this! Will there be any wiring cutting/connections to do to switch the DRL to the Low beams' 194 bulb?

Sorry, I'm not too good with electrical parts haha. I guess I'll have to cut the wires from the High beams' DRL at least?
