I got this unit from Martin ( thanks a lot )
there is not much documentacion on it, manuals or how to tune it, so after a lot of reading bits and pieces all over the place, I got some info and wanted to share in case one of you get your hands on one.

This unit is silver not gold, the gold ones are full stand alone, this silver unit is not programmable outside Japan

when you remove the black plastic cover you get this

there are 9 switches

the switches from 1 to 4 control ignition and fuel, the others are not used unless you have an extra controller or HKS wideband

taken from Malpaso's sale thread

default setting is:
| 1 on | 2 off | 3 on | 4 off |

switch 1 and 2 modify the map for fueling, 3 and 4 modify ignition. both sections work similar:

map 1: | 1/3 off | 2/4 off | (less)
map 2: | 1/3 on | 2/4 off | (default)
map 3: | 1/3 off | 2/4 on | (more)
map 4: | 1/3 on | 2/4 on | (much more)

after I played with this setting still couldn't get it to work on my car, it was running super rich ( 10.1 ) at idle so I kept investigating, and here is where I made the big finding

there are other switches INSIDE it, that change the fuel curve to compensate for elevations and bigger modifications like turning the boost super high, upgrading turbo, installing cam gears and such

lose the 4 screw on the top cover

cover removed

carefully flip the upper panel

look at the switches on the right corner

close up

I found a site that list the siwtches to apply for the following

1- exhaust modification
2-Air Filter
3- air filter + Exhaust
4- 3 + 9 psi of boost
5- 3 + 11 psi of boost
6- 3+ 12 psi
7- 3+ cams 9 psi
8- 3+ cam hybrid turbo 10 psi
9- 8 + 12 psi

this is not confirmed yet, but bottom line is the higher number the richer the overall mixture will get, so if running rich ( like my case ) turn it to a lower number one at a time till desire results achieved.
when none of the switches are press is consider zero which is stock fuel curve.

when I opened mine is was everything on, I turned everything off and turn 4 on, once it stops raining I'll plug it in the car and enjoy the results ( fingers crossed )
