Hi Guys
i have a enoying creek when i come to taking off at the lights or sometimes it makes the creek when i put my foot down on the cluch to change gears and also when turning the wheels on the spot, ive had a new clutch done not long ago heavy duty exedy and i have BC Black and gold coil overs, now i thought it was my brakes and still have some belief it is so, ive changed all my brakes pads front and back i got new rear shims, but toyota apparently dont sell the fronts anymore. i also replaced the seal inside the pins, greesed all pins and the brake plates between caliper and pad(as advised in the brake install instructions), still no luck im starting to belive my suspension rubbers are going but all still seems fine they were checked not long ago, now after doing the brakes at least the rears have stopped making stretching, clunking noise, the creeking noise is still present in front and the brake calipers have been sprayed lately(i got paint on the seal around the caliper pot (could that be the cause). Please give your ideas its enoying as hell and its doin my head in, im gonna have to take it to my mechanic on the weekend!!!! |
