you need

Cadillac catera 2002 front disc with 5 x 100 bolt pattern custom drilled
3 mm spacer
9/16 fine thread tap
9/16 fine thread bolts ( 4 ) 1/4 inch nuts ( optional )
9/16 drill bit
ST205 brake lines
ST205 calipers ( may or may not need modification, read at the end )

use the thread tap the put threads on the knuckle where the caliper will be bolted on to

use the drill bit to make the holes on the caliper wide enough so the new bolts can go through them

if using the nuts, get them welded on the outer side of the knuckle ( if doing this, no need to make threads on the knuckle )

at this point you can start putting things together

install the 3 mm spacers before the disc, that way the disc is pushed out a little, if this spacer is not used the disc will come in contact with the ball joint.

slide the disc in place ( 15mm wheel spacer pictured needed because my wheels didn't clear the caliper, you may or may not need one depending on your wheels )

bolt the caliper down

bleed the system, and mount wheels

enjoy !

PS the caliper may need to have some material grinded off from the contact side of its bracket, I have found that there are minor differences on knuckles from different years, on my 1995 knuckle I needed to grind away ~ 2 mm of material, recently I switched to a 98 knuckle and I needed to add a 1/4 inch washer to make the caliper be centered with the disc again, it bogged me for days so I took everything apart and in fact the knuckles have different thickness at the contact area.
