We did some custom work on a local alltrac over the last couple weeks and I wanted to see if you guys would be interested in any of this stuff if we were to make them production items.
* Custom symetrical desing oil catch can & coolant overflow. Oil catch can is built with proper internals (baffled & insulated). The coolant overflow is built as a functional but "stealth" setup. The inlet is at the bottom/front and the outlet is underneath with a long tube welded inside all the way to the top. Kinda hard to explain but you can see it in the pics. 4" intake including the proper ports for the IAC, catchcan, temp sensor (if you want the ports): Custom wastegate actuator bracket to allow the turbo to be clocked downward: Custom molded upper radiator hose to delete the ridiculous stock one that has the metal eblow in there, along with a custom nipple to use as your water feed for your turbo (if you still need it). -------------------- |

as i understand clocking a turbo is not a lock type position for everyone, so it has different angles, depending on the builder, probably not more than 30 degrees from block to radiator. how do you overcome this problem? or the wastegate actuator is not so sensible to position and angle?
