ok I got a 404 lip from matt AKA easternpiro1 thanks bro... this will be my progress thead about modifying a 404 lip to fit my gt4 bumper! here are some pics...
i cut the lip and now the bumper will be one piece with the lip and the fender will be one piece with the fender too..so i can remove the bumper without having to take the lip off   there i a gap that ill fix with fiberglass    finished molding it! now need to sand it
