Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.
If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology. What does Toysport have to do with this transaction b/w you and neoklis? If you want to be professional about this, you should keep your buyers informed. When I sold products to members on this board, I emailed lots of pictures, tracking numbers, etc. I would even CALL them just so that they feel confident that their packages will arrive in the time promised. Should a problem arise, I would inform them. Ask K2...Phat_99CeliGT...Coomer... I kept them well informed... Communication... it's one of the most important assests that will keep you outta trouble... This post has been edited by kuya1284: Jan 15, 2004 - 6:05 PM |
