Anybody in Socal, Las Vegas, or anyone not that far from the San Bernardino Mountains interested in organizing an Overnight Meet in Big Bear, CA?

Just seeing if I can set something up and if we get enough people who want to stay overnight, I can get a great discount at a lodge. We can rent out the whole lodge for the car meet.

We can have some nice drives through the mountain twisties.

Depending on how many people we can get, lodging can be from $30-75 per person.

Setting up a specific date is the only tough part, but people can post up the dates they are available.

time attack run haha not so safe up there in big bear and the tires won't warm up fast enough. Although I went on some late night canyon run today at 1:30 am and it was quite fun. I was seeing how my tires would hold up because I had two other people in the car (uneven weight distribution). My friend drives an 2000 civic si coupe. There is a canyon road that they do races on. Its called Glendora Mountain Road, and there is no center dividing line. He was telling me that a whole bunch of different honda's and acura's went up there and they had people run the downhill and uphill course. Once they got back they would have another set of 2 cars go at it. that sounds fun too me. tongue.gif
