Hey everyone,
I finally got my 3SGTE engine and am finding my self both excited and over whelmed. I don't know much about cars, but I'm wanting to work and learn for this beautiful car. so I'll post pictures and questions about the process. so with out further adu... 3SGTE Swap Pictures Tell me your opinions, and what to look out for! okay so my dad was messing around with a power sensor light, and we found out the little gray plug on the side of the coil pack and igniter (I believe a noise filter?) my dad checked the plug from the wiring harness and something in the fuse box would click and the check engine light would come on. at no point as the check engine light been on during the swap... could this little guy seriously be stopping the engine from getting spark?
also when i got my Wiring harness back from dr. Tweak it didnt have the fuel relay resistor back plug... could that have been hard wired in? Kevin |
