Next PECM will be in Poland

Time/Date:
We are planing PECM2011 to happen from 12th to 14th of August.

Place:
The PECM2011 will take place in Poland in the Kielce area.
The track for the event is in Miedziana Góra - the track

Plan (preliminary):

We will start on Thursday with late meeting. Friday - the track for the whole day and then late dinner. Saturday and Sunday sightseeing tour

Most actual information and details you can find on PECM forum

Spread the word among your clubs and try to find out how many of you will be willing to come and we will continue

Some of our members the owners of the seventh generation.
And so it did not answer that with a visa? Would be an invitation on your part for the embassy?

If I have correctly understood... We should, right now, count and confirm quantity of persons that want to take a part in meeting.
Whether we can increase quantity of participants after January?

Whether we can increase quantity of participants after January?

Right now I would like to know approximately how many participats there will be (cars and people). So nothing binding now.

In January I will know exact date of the Meeting.

We will be closing list of participants around early April, so there is some time to make final decisions (if not made already )
