You don't need the lens. The USDM lens has diffusers in it so it isn't clear like the JDM lens. The link that KAOS posted is to adjust your JDM projectors to aim them properly, which is all you need to do. Your lights are pointed to the left right now? All you need to do is pop your hood and there is a screw on the lights. You can aim your headlights properly with nothing more than a screwdriver. You don't need to buy anything at all.
Edit: I assumed you had JDM projectors, but your post merely says "JDM Headlamps." The early model JDM lights were similar to the USDM headlights, with the diffusers in the lenses. With either the early model JDM lights or the projectors, all you need to do is aim your lights. It's easy. There's a long screw on top for horizontal adjustment, and towards the bottom of the light, there is another screw for vertical adjustment.
