I've kind of come to terms with the fact that it is not and will never be BBC's Top Gear. Thankfully, TiVo takes care of that for me. I still watch this one, but only as a substitute when I can't watch the original Top Gear.
Perhaps it's the inner redneck in me, but I was amused by the trucks as well. That's not something we'll ever see on BBC's Top Gear, so it was something new and different.
