There's not much else I can say to describe the problem. The engine runs amazing from idle to 4000, but then at 4k I can feel it stop pulling [as in the power just seems to stop] and it just kind of hesitates there and bucks a little bit. I dont want to blow it up so I upshift as soon as it starts doing it. I currently have no CELs, I checked the plug wires earlier and they look basically brand new and all seem to be connected properly. The prev owner was a member here and had NGK plugs put in. I'm thiking of replacing the plugs but not sure what else would cause this problem. Thanks for any input. |

that is exactly what my Supra did when the timing was off by 1 tooth. maybe your belt slipped

that is exactly what my Supra did when the timing was off by 1 tooth. maybe your belt slipped It sounds possible, given that its probably got higher miles or could be over due for timing belt. -------------------- |
