hey guys.. my door locks just started acting up tonight. here are the symptoms.
i open my door with the key.. i press the unlock button to let the passanger in.. the door unlocks, but then locks right away.. i manually unlocked the doors and then press the lock button.. it doesnt work. when i press the unlock button. it will unlock but then locks right after. i know its not the door jam buttons, because i went on both sides and pushed them in and out a few times to make sure they were not stuck. if anyone could help me out that would be awsome. -------------------- It takes 8,460 bolts to assemble an automobile, and one nut to scatter it all over the road.

oh boy so much chrap i have been havin to put up with my baby haha i will try to look tomarrow.. im sick right now so it sucks going outside in the freezing weather
i dont have an alarm in my car though. try removing and disconnecting the switches from the doors. check to see if the contacts are okay then put it back together. Sometimes the simplest things do the trick if that doesn't work I can send you a link to the rs3000 alarm manual. you might just have to reprogram the system. Dont worry, thats easy too -------------------- It takes 8,460 bolts to assemble an automobile, and one nut to scatter it all over the road.
