I've got a 95 GT coupe and whenever I hit a bump small or large I get this clunking/slightly rattley noise from the rear (drivers side i think). There is nothing loose in the car the seats locked into place....Please help......

Thanks everyone but the bounce method produced nothing....no creaks, squeaks, clunks, or anything else. The noise seems to be more reactionary than if it were a strut. I thought the jack was loose in the trunk...that is as best as I can describe the noise and situations that it occurs from. It's cold out, so I may just give up and bring it to the shop. But opinions are greatly appreciated.

I've had the same thing ever since I put in my ground controls. Its something suspension related but I haven't figured out what yet. I need to have somebody else drive the car so I can go back there and have a listen. I'm guessing its something with the upper strut mount.

i have the same noise but assumed it's the sway bar end linkage even though it does sound more so like its' comming from the top of the strut mount. have you fixed your sway bar linkages yet? also are you still selling the bearing kit for Ground Controls?
