I would like suggestions from people who have actually run one of these products. I have read so many posts all over the internet and they are about the same on both sides. Half good and half bad for each. For each time you have someone saying they will never use them again there is someone claiming they are the best on the market. I have no experience with either so some input would be great.

I will not be using the car on a track but would like increased breaking for the street.

Thanks everyone,

Lazurus

Ive had both EBC green stuff. And Hawk HPS pads.
Fyi red stuff isn't really for the street...so it wont perform well at street temps.

I currently run Hawk HPS and slotted rotors and they have lasted a VERY VERY long time and have suffered harsh abuse (im talking twisty road consistent braking and brakin from north of 130mph to nearly a stop). They perform very well, dust moderately and have a great life span. I have no pad noise or anything funky.

Green stuffs were ok, I remember them dusting a lot but also doing a pretty decent job at stopping. They mad a bit of noise when cold but that went away when they got warm.

In the end I highly recommend Hawk pads
