Ok so i had a quick question, when my engine is cold, and i make a full turn, i hear a shuddering sound and i feel it in my steering wheel.
But the funny thing is when my car is warmed up no sound whatsoever. now, there's a slight leak in my rack and pinion, so that might be it, but my mechanic friend seems to think that my power steering belt might be on too tight which might explain why it only happens when its cold.
so thats my conundrum.
any explanations?
any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks

Make sure your resivour is full because as it gets dirty it looks like full to the line but really isn't.

I hate to thread jack.. but every time I attempt to check the PS reservoir, I can't even tell.
