![]() How do I remove what I colored lime green? I've seen two screws by the seats and two more towards the front close to the pedals and the glove compartment. Are there any others? The pin is about 1.5mm short than what it used to be. With the 7th gen shifter and the stock shifter re-installed. Something's up. -------------------- taking too long to mod since '09

Be sure the spring on the other end is on correctly, push the pin as far in as you can, put the ring on the end and put a socket over that end of the pin and tap with a small hammer. You can place the shifter assembly against a flat surface to hold the pin in place. I don't suggest this being the correct way to do it, but it worked for me. :-P Make sense at all? It does, but I already tried that ![]() -------------------- taking too long to mod since '09
