My last issue with the car.

Engine fans automatically come on when the battery is connected.
The only way to turn them off is to cut the power.

I can pull the relays. I can disconnect the battery. I can disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the fans.

The two fans come on with the key in any position.
I don't see any broken or spliced wires, and the sensors on the engine atleast look good.

Any help would be appreciated.

you have a short wire somewhere, a wire is grounded somewhere and it shouldn't be.

Guys, he says the fans stay on, he has to disconnect the battery to make them stop, or pull the relay, I'm sure he'd take the keys out of the ignition before wanting to try to disconnect the battery. so no, it's not the sensor unplugged, something is shorting.

unless you know how to use a multimeter and are familiar with wiring diagrams, I'd just take it to an expert, if you don't know what you are doing, you can make this worst.
