I don't really have much time to attend to this issue, so as a temp fix, and I know it's stupid, but it should work, I secured the lock washer to the pin using Gorilla Glue. Since it's not a high-stress area, I think it should hold. I just needed a quick temp fix. I welcome the scolds now lol
