My Dad and I were talking about ways to clean my engine internally without completly tearing it down. He told me a great, easy, and inexpensive way to do this, is run karosene thru it as it idles. Apparently it cleans and and restores your pistons, cylinder walls and valves by cut through the carbon and old burnt oil that develope over time. He told me that during the cleaning process my car will smoke bad but only for a few minutes due to all of the dirt and carbon build up. That once the process is done and fresh new oil and filter have been replaced, and installed, the motor will be good to go. Does anyone have any expierence or knowledge of this and have you noticed any sort of power gain that may have been lost over time? -------------------- From Japan to Texas my st202 follows me.
