 Changing Registration? |

Does anyone know if I would have to change my registration for my car if I painted it a different color, but left some parts of the car the color that is on the registration?
I.E. - Say you have a black car, and you're thinking about painting it, uhhhhh, white. If you left the hood, mirrors, roof, and spoiler black (lip kit black as well), would I have to change the registration from black to white or could I keep it as a black car since I still have alot of black on it? well this is my take. F**K the police! im not gonna pay some stupid registration fee for painting the car. if a cop makes a huge deal out of it, they can just look at the VIN in the dash or door jam. its my car i can do whatever i want.
