On a FWD vehicle, does it makes sense if the rear tires wear faster than the front?
I bought a brand new set of falken ziex 512 last october and put 10k miles on it. The treadwear indicator on the front tires is almost at the 25% worn(i can see the cicle a lil bit) and on the rears i can only see the square part of the indicator. Thanks -------------------- God made man....

are your rear calipers sticking? excessive drag on the rear would cause them to wear faster. if the calipers are sticking, gas mileage will go down correct? i even got 35mpg just this weekend so i dont think so. on a fwd car the front tires wear faster then the rear. check the toe-in on the back tires. get an alighnment. i will get an alignment. how does the toe in affect the rear tire wear? -------------------- God made man....
