I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my horn.
I have the big ugly 4 post steering wheel with the two horn buttons. I'm not sure how it was before but this is how it's acting now: - car off - horn doesn't work - key in on position - horn doesn't work - start up engine - horn sometimes works (sometimes it works only after I drove a bit, sometimes even after i drove for a while it doesn't work) I checked the horn fuse in the engine bay...it looks okay to me...checked the power and grounds to the horns, they don't look damaged....all my other electronics in the car work and i don't have any other electrical issues as far as I know... Any ideas? This post has been edited by nammer: Mar 28, 2011 - 3:45 PM -------------------- |

So today I pressed the honk with the car off and it worked for some reason...interesting..
I also installed two 118db Hella Supertone horns Nice and loud =D Then I took the airbag off my steering wheel and everything seemed to be ok...I just pinched the ground wire connector so it's tighter and put it back...so far so good. -------------------- |

Any chance you can upload a sound clip of them? I'm very interested to hear them... or are you coming east at all any time soon? -------------------- |
