  My car is lowered by 40mm and yet there is still quite a bit of room between the bumper and floor for speed bumps. Pictures of our prototype.

In answer to your questions, yes we can cut the rods off and have it frp smoothed for an extra £100.
This is for the ST205 with a GT4 bonnet. Regarding shipping, I can't even find a courier which can post this bumper to the US let alone give me a price. I can only offer postage of the bumper in Europe at the moment and the most expensive to places like Polan, denmark and Finland is about £70 for it's size.
