I am an ST205 owner from the UK (I was actually born in Oklahoma but that is another story..!) I am known as Spree on the forums in the UK (GT4OC and Celica Club UK) and having been developing a little dash kit for the gen six Celica. For the HVAC unit, when you disconnect the black and blue cables under the hood and by the pedal and disconnect the harnesses in the back, does the whole unit come out along with the cables? And also I noticed in the instructions u said you could pull the unit out a bit to get to the little screws holding the climate control plate in. If those screws are removed could the face plate just come off and you can work on fitting the bulbs?
