hi how is it called in english that broken rubber behind my front right wheel ? its look like i need to change it

thats definitely the outer cv boot (look at the brake line, a-arm, and angle of the axle). if it was the inner you would be better off just getting the whole axle assembly because that boot is a b***h to get off and on. since its the outer though, replacement is fairly quick, easy, and cheap.
