It looks like this you guys. It's a white speedometer gauge that reads up to 240 km/h
 or 3rd Generation 3SGE ST202 SS-II Celica 7,000 RPM Gauge in black.

Don't know how much you want to spend, or the trouble to go to but,
There was an eBay ad for a Celica Part Out, so i emailed them. They have the white dials, and told me $200 shipped in Australia. If you want them that bad, you can pay that much and ask to ship overseas. I couldn't find the eBay link again, but here is the email in which i contacted them through: roadandtrack@bigpond.com If not, good luck with the search
