 Intercooler pump bypass wiring |

Hey all!
For those Of you running a air to air front mount intercooler on your 3rd gen 3s how did you prevent the ecu from cutting your timing (limp mode).... Because the ecu realizes the intercooler pump is not running. I have a 3sgte 3rd gen in my car and I dont want a gt4 hood (keep it stealthy) so I put a oversized intercooler rad and thermal wrapped the heat exchanger and wired one of my two fans to be on full time so air is always being pulled through the exchanger, but of course due to heat I want the pump to run with ignition So how do I get around the timing cut? is this something everyone has to do if going to front mount?. just curious so i know what i gotta do. cause i'm putting a front mount on my swap.
