Has anyone installed Street Glow Gold Series Lights? If so how hard and how is the easiest way to do it.

A lift helps, I'm fat
 so even without a bodykit it wouldn't have worked without my friends dads lift. I probably would have gotten stuck under my car, then attacked by the little rabid kids that live around me.
