I want to remove the JDM flashers (orange light by the door) because I made mine USDM for inspection. I was wondering if I remove the JDM ones, the dash lights would act as the light was dead? (quicker tic-tacs) Or I have to counter it by connecting a resistor with the same Ohm...but I was told the car could get on fire if I did that... |

Im not sure about where you are, but in Winnipeg to pass an inspection all you need is to have reflectors on the side of the fender, and you don't have to actually remove the JDM signals, as long as you have an orange reflector on the front of the fender, and turns signals in the front.
I know people who have just temporarily put bike reflectors on there fenders to pass inspections and then taken them off once they had passed. -------------------- -Protection mode, For when your amp tries to blow its load. 1995 Toyota Celica GTS - Daily Driver 1999 Chevy Cavalier - Winter Beater 1994 Honda Civic CX Hatchback - Dead My Celica! |
