All pictures are *.jpg format, all clips are *.avi format. All pictures and clips are under 1MB each, so 56K user's may take a little bit to load, but nothing tremendous. Just had a little fun here in Pennsylvania tonight, decided to bring out the Celica into our constant pounding of snow. We started around 5:30PM tonight and just drifted everywhere, did donuts everywhere, just had tons of fun in the blizzard-like conditions for a good 2-3 hours. Had the digital camera, so we had some fun. The only thing that sucks is that my digital camera does not record sound, so you'll have to deal with that... !

Video Clips (Right Click -> Save As *fixed by John*)
- EBrake in the Snow
- Reverse Donuts
- Sideways Drifting Action
- 180 in the Snow

QUOTE (97sccelica @ Jan 28, 2004 - 2:30 AM)
i am convinced that if it snowed down here, that my friends and i would either hur ourselves, our cars, and/or get in a lot of trouble.

We have a huge mall here that has a 2 stadium size parking lot, and security was on the other side of the mall last night checking incoming deliveries (mall was closed), so we decided to take all of these video's on that other side. Shortly after we got done with the second video, 3 mall security cars (we only saw one in the back) come flying around in their 4x4 Explorer's and surround us asking for our License and whatnot. They decided to radio us into the police for wreckless driving, announced our License Plate number and told us we better not be seen on the streets again for tonight... Either way, we left there and went to the next big parking lot we could find. In the mean time, all the streets are covered really good, and theres hardly anyone driving, so we ebrake every turn on the main roads, do a couple 180s in the middle of the street to turn around. We had a good time. wink.gif It was next to impossible to get over 35-40MPH though, couldn't even drive in 1ST Gear, just spun the tires... then when you would reach 35-40MPH, you would almost lose control. Out of 3 nights of driving and drifting around (we got fresh snow every night.. at least 3"), I lost control of the Celica once around a turn, almost took out a curb and light pole, but got lucky.
