yea in Manila under Quezon city under Eastwood city to be specific. Eastwood is where i saw the celica cars rolling by when I was smoking outside the condo. they had like subies and evos parked in the courtyard of the restaurants and clubs. like a movie or something. but yea my driver told me about the meets but didn't get a chance to see it. he said they also race.
