So I decided to get a walbro 255lph fuel pump for an mr2 and put it in my celica. Wasn't sure if it would fit, but I got it anyway. Looks almost identical to the celica one, except the inlet on the bottom is 180 degrees backwards. I tried to spin it and that didn't work. I might end up cutting the metal bracket that the fuel pump seats in so I can mount the pump, or put it in backwards so the strainer points the same way, top will just be backwards. Anyone else attempted this? Also where did you guys get the harness connector? Stock celica one doesn't fit and the pins are too small anyway. I'm going to run bigger wires to it just to be safe.

you should have ordered a walboro model 342 (i think) instead of 341. it puts the inlet and outlet on the same side. yeah all you ahve to do is cut the bottom off, use the new sock that came with the pump and use a clamp to hold the pump to the stand.
