I was wondering what the weight difference is between the stock pistons and connecting rods when compared with the aftermarket ones.

More specifically the 3sgte pistons/rods when compared to JE pistons/Eagle rods.

Edit: Actually I think I have a Gen III connecting rod and piston. If someone has a JE piston and eagle rod I would like to know the weight.

The head is a nonturbo head and I put new stock turbo springs and used turbo cams in it..i had originally bought the ferrea springs for it but I chose the stock ones because of how much better they seemed. It sucks that I had to sell my hks cams.
