That manual doesn't say anything about the shift cables, it's a short shift installation manual...
But if it's a matter of pins and clips, Andrew, I'll be able to figure it out. I just wanted to streamline my fix. Edit: By the way, I don't know if I was misunderstood, but I didn't mean removing the shift cables from the shifter, like that little U clip on the bottom, and another on the side, I've done that before. I meant removing the shift cables from where they're cradled towards the front of the assembly.
