The other day out driving i noticed after a good few miles, (using some good boost) the fuel gauge stopped moving at half a tank.... Then the fuel light came on a while after. So i put gas in and the gauge went a little higher, but not much. (I guess this means that the fuse must be ok if the gauge moved at all)
So guys, any ideas what the problem might be?? -------------------- |

F10 FUEL SENDER 1-2 : APPROX. 3 ohms AT FUEL FULL APPROX. 110 ohms AT FUEL EMPTY remove rear seat and access panel, unplug sender, with fuel tank full or close to empty check resistance. if its ok replace guage. or get a resistor around 50 ohms put it in pin 2 (i think) and ground it, you should end up with about half tank reading on guage, if not replace it. |
