ok im looking at this celica and it doesn't start very well, kinda want your guys' opinion on what might be wrong and how much work it would possibly need to fix it. Thanks everyone!

How does it run when you're driving it/giving it gas? It could be bad/old gas or it could be something as simple as the idle control screw. Just ask a lot of questions of the seller and make sure you test drive it thoroughly to make sure the problem is limited to idling. And at $700 you can either part the car out to make some money or you can find another 7A-FE engine to swap into it if it turns out to be something catastrophic.
