im thinking about buying a cheap set of ebay coilovers to lower my celica till I can afford a good set up

Thanks bro, u can go with a lowering spring but either way ur gonna have to change out the sturts regardless. Im drivin a sebring right now that I bought from an old friend. He put lowering springs on but didnt change out the struts now Im living with the results. Every little bump feels like Im driving 20mph over a speed bump cuz the struts are wrong(factory) and blown.
