Hello all...
Obviously I'm new here, but I thought I'd start with a post about drag racing. I'm in the process of putting together an All Motor Street 6G Celica. I will also be competing in the NHRA Division 7 events that are local to me in SS/CS. The class index is 10.80 in the NHRA events meaning that it will require at least a 10.30 to qualify for a large national event! I'm sure eventually many of you will enjoy some of the pics that will surface of the car. Untill it's finished, it's best kept close to my chest. The car I'm going with is a '94... If you are interested in the All Motor Street class, there is a big event coming up at Old Bridge Raceway in Englishtown, Nj. on Oct 1-2. You would have to shave the weight for sure. There are all motor Honda's in the 10's all day with about 340 to the wheels but they also only weigh about 1600 to 1800 lbs.
