Use a little imagination here
today I marked up how much I need to trim off the fender bottom edge and also the tubular part of the lamp on the bumper. The idea is I wont need the middle lamps so I can have 1 as a air intake and the other to be flushed out. The fitting of these lamps will be more aerodynamic than the stock ones and best of all, these are clear lense and have projector halos in them B) This post has been edited by yellowchinaman: Jan 6, 2014 - 3:11 PM |

Not that much progress cos I'm doing other things to my car.
But with the lamps so far: First cut off ALL the plastic fittings. Then rivet new brackets to the slam panel. Lamp must line up along the corners to the bonnet whilst shut. Adjust angles for alignment then fix it into position. Now I'm putting the fenders back on and have concluded that there's no way of doing this without having to trim back the fenders as well as a lot of the bumper lamp for it to fit. |
