 differential oil?, tranny fluid or gear oil? |

what do you put in your automatic trans differential? Ive always thought you were supposed to use AT fluid dex 3. but my mechanic who rebuilt my tranny said to use gear oil??? not sure which but everything seems to be working fine.

How much oil capacity is it on the front differential , manual tranny for the ST205 ?
I found out that the rear differential have capacity of 1.1 litres, but can't find info of the front anywhere
