ok this is my idea I haven't hitting the parts to try it yet but it make sence in my head
could I use a set of front struts from a civic since there basically just a cartage an the cut the bottom half off the factory celica strut to make the sleeve for the cartage it sounds like a good low buck setup to me since honda parts are cheap an they have the right perch for coilovers any thoughts comment would be great -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

do some reading about Suspension Geometry, dont just put parts together that will bolt up, you need to make sure you keep the stock geometry or the car will handle like total cr@p
as long as you make it the right length / angles, is a good idea, you can weld a piece of threaded pipe to make up for a shorter shock and bring it to the right length, and use the threaded pipe to adjust the coilover spinning the whole assembly to keep the rebound -------------------- |
