as stated, if you want to turbo w/o a full engine build, 3vz is a better option.

But really... what sort of cheapo would go through the hassle of a turbo VZ/MZ swap and skimp on the internals... which are integral to making power? If you are of that mindset and want to swap in and turbo charge a stock engine... well... you deserve the sketchy information. BTW...
