I need to replace my rod(broke the bearing). How do i separate the rod from the piston? Similarly, do I need to hone the cylinder if i am replacing the piston with a piston from another 7AFE? (i think its yes, but i just want to make sure) Help is greatly appreciated, i gotta get her running by the end of the week. . .

take it to a machine shop, they will heat it up and install the new piston on the rod. should cost more than 10 bucks.
