Hello, please someone shoot me i know i probably shouldnt be asking this but i cant really seem to find any solid info on the subject.

Basically i have a gen6 3S-GE (97 plate Celica GT) not a Beams unfortunately, its an st202, engine which i would like to convert to a 3S-GTE. According to wikipedia (yes i know the most reliable source in the world?) the 3SGTE engine is basically the 3SGE engine with a lower compression ratio and a turbo.
So how can i convert my 3SGE into a 3SGTE? how do i lower the compression ratio and/or just make the engine work with the turbo without causing excessive engine wear etc?

im expecting it to be expensive as n/a to turbo is but is it possible to do? I feel that the engine is good any finding a GT4 has seemed neigh on impossible to be honest.

If not possible without spending thousands of £££s what upgrades can be recommended? Im intending on a complete remap already.

Would aftermarket fuel pump and fuel injectors make a noticeable difference?

Nitrous? i looked into this but i'm not sure i would want to refill every 20 shots to be honest.

Also what about superchargers? ive read into them partially and i have a feeling they aint very good for your engine? Sort of the same as a turbo i guess but not so easily fitted for a reliable quick car im assuming?

Thanks for anyone that does reply and give me a couple tips, im not very engine orientated to be honest but i likey fast cars. Im expecting to do most fitment work myself however or get my cuz to give me a hand so labour aint an issue, thanks again.
