Hey guys looking for some info on St202 beams tranny Looking to put in my 3sgte 3rd Fwd swap for the use of the LSD ,
I know that it will bolt up , and Axle should be the same , Would the clutch be the same As the 5sfe tranny — this is what i'am running on my swap I thinking it should bolt up and work , but just looking to get some info thanks for the help ! |

Yeah, those axles will fit just fine. I can't say much about power though. I've read that the S54 and the axles both are good up to about 300 whp. After that, an E153 is geared much better.
Was it just the axles that didn't work so well above 80 or the trans? Mine is great all the way up to 116 mph where the ECU shuts the car down but I don't have near the power you do. As for the clutch, you're good on the 3S flywheel but you'll need a good 5S disc and 3S pressure plate. Brand/stage is up to you. I'd lean more towards the MR2/ST205 clutch than the ST202.
